Program Flow (1–3 Sessions) Session 1 – Foundations & Prompt Craft (≈ 2 hours) • How large-language models “think” • Core prompt frameworks and shortcuts • Quick, role-based wins the team can apply immediately Session 2 – Custom Tools & Data Integration (≈ 2 hours) • Build—or receive—up to two role-specific GPTs/Gems • Ingest SOPs, templates, and past projects so answers stay on-brand • Hands-on testing with each employee’s real workflow Session 3 – Optimization & Governance (≈ 1.5 hours) • Refine outputs and iterate prompts for higher accuracy • Set up sharing folders, permission rules, and a prompt library • Extended Q&A and next-steps action plan What your people will master: Prompt Precision – Frameworks that cut revision cycles to near zero.
